Birr Town AFC would like to notify all its members and interested parties of their upcoming AGM. This meeting will be held in Dooley's Hotel, Birr at 7.30pm on Wednesday May 24th.
Further details on the meeting agenda and positions up for election will be published here in the coming days.
May 3rd Update
Following a club committee meeting on May 2nd, it was decided that for the upcoming AGM that, all existing posts on the committee would be up for election. Any persons who wish to be nominated for a position on the committee should use the nomination form listed below. Please note that completed nominations must be returned by May 10th.
Any persons who wish to submit a motion for the AGM, should do so by May 10th. Motions can be submitted either by EMAIL or by post to Secretary, 6A Leinster Villas, Crinkill, Birr, R42 E682.
A final AGM agenda will be published here and in the local press ahead of the AGM.
